Depending on what your environment looks like, these reasonably priced utilities could save you many hours a day by automating many of your manual activities.  If there are other activities you would like to see automated, please let us know.  We can help!  We'll be adding more and more utilities as we build them. 

NEW! - SEOM Yahoo Inventory Export Utility

This utility exports your SEOM inventory into a format Yahoo can import.  The export includes all of your configured SEOM options.  A SKU filter can be applied to export a subset of your inventory.  This is ideal for adding or changing SKUs.  It currently works in environments that use subSKUs.

NEW! - Target.com Order Import/Shipping Confirmation File Generator

If you've signed up with TargetVantage, you'll find that it doesn't integrate with SEOM.  With a generic cart license, and this software, you can import your target orders (from their order import file) into SEOM.  And when the order ships, there is a utility that you can run to create a shipment confirmation file that can then be used to import into TargetVantage. It saves time and eliminates errors caused by re-typing order data into and out of SEOM.

NEW! - Custom Reports

There are a number of reports are available to help you get the most out of your investment.

• Drop Ship Nag Report - A list of drop ships sent that haven't been sent.  Helps you be proactive in keeping your drop shippers accountable.

• QOH Report - Shows on order, QOH, backorders, and committed (items that have been ordered, but not shipped yet).  Helpful to get a complete picture on where your inventory is.

• Fulfillment Performance - Useful to measure fulfillment center performance.  Measures time between approval of order to ship.

• Master COGs report - Gives you a complete picture of your COGs which includes shipping costs, shipping / product margin percentages, etc.  It can be run by item, by order, by cart, etc...

OverStock.com shipping confirmation file generator

SEOM currently doesn't offer a complete integration with OverStock.com.  Orders can be imported via a properly constructed order import template, but shipping confirmations need to be entered manually which can take a lot of your time.  TC has constructed a script that can be run to generate the ship confirmation file for you in the exact format which is required to be uploaded to the OverStock.com site.  Depending on your volume, this script can save you hours a day.
