Both relatively simple and complex projects can easily fail .... and many do!  TC can take the burden and manage all of the activities of the integration.  Since every business is different, there is no single approach that works.  TC has lead several projects with over 20 contributors spread across the globe.  We specialize in virtual project management and utilize a number of tools to aid in the communication/collaboration required to get things done right.

On Site Support

While TC can work in a totally virtual role, there will be projects which require an on-site presence from time to time.  While Phoenix Arizona is our home base, we have associates spread across the country.  Travel is never a problem with us, and we welcome the opportunity to meet with you face to face.

 

Virtual Implementation Teams

Since TC's associates and customers are spread across the country, we use a number of leading collaboration tools to coordinate the team's activities.  We'll work with your team as an extension of ours and visa versa.  We'll help you feel as comfortable in this 'virtual' environment as we do.  Being able to work in this environment helps reduce/eliminate travel costs and helps promote 'round the clock' productivity, if needed to complete the job.

 

Project Management Best Practices

We lead projects by driving the team toward the end goal, while always managing the risk.  TC will develop project plans and schedules and will keep you informed.  We'll ask and expect your help when issues may arise in the project and your input is required.  We'll help document your business processes so that you can take vacations and better yet, we'll be there until the product goes live and after that, if you so desire.
