Express Checkup

It could be that your Order Manager environment was set up without the proper optimizations.  Or, it could be that it was installed and configured improperly.  Or, it could be that it was configured properly at the time, but since then, your needs have changed, but your SEOM hasn't kept up.

 

TC has developed methods to rapidly assess and recommend changes to your environment which will help you process your orders better, faster and cheaper.  Based on our experience, there are a number of low cost/high value changes that can have dramatic impact to your order processing.  TC will specifically look for these to help you get the most out of this service.

 

We schedule the check-up as a WebEx and conference call where any number of people can attend, ask questions, and most importantly, learn.  TC wants you to use this opportunity to learn as much about SEOM as possible. We encourage as much participation as possible.  This is what you can expect:

1. Order Processing Review

Instead of diving into your Order Manager configuration, we'll spend time talking about your current order processing environment.  Information gathered during this session can be very revealing and can help shed much light on your potential issues (how you process orders, what kind of sale's channels you sell through, how you recognize sales, etc.).  All of this information feeds into the next section.

 

2. SEOM Configuration Review

Based on the information from the order processing review, we'll dig into your SEOM configuration.  We'll see if SEOM is set to process your orders efficiently and correctly.  During the review process, we'll make note of changes we recommend.  If authorized, we'll go ahead and make the changes.   Since you'll be able to see everything we are doing in your environment, you'll be able to track our progress every step of the way.

 

3. Wrap up

TC will wrap up the engagement with an overall assessment of your environment and a review of what was changed and what to expect from your SEOM environment.  We will answer any questions you may have, as well.

 

4. Recommendations Delivered

Shortly after the express checkup, TC will deliver a write up on the short and long term recommendations for your environment and recommended next steps.
