The Process

TC will work closely with you to define, design, estimate, schedule and deliver your custom reports.  Before any development begins, a reporting specification is created and 'signed off' by you.  At that time, you will get an estimate with a range of hours to complete the work.  Once we come to an agreement on the number of hours, TC will give you a tentative completion schedule.  TC will then create the code and test before handing over to you for acceptance testing.  Once you say it's done, then it is done and not any sooner!
